Sesame Seeds

Sesame seeds are slightly nutty with a light crunch. Our seeds are roasted to bring out a more pronounced flavor. Because sesame seeds are high in healthy polyunsaturated fatty acids, they are mostly harvested for their oil content.

Sesame seeds are used to add texture and flavor to a variety of breads, rolls, crackers, salad dressings, and many Asian, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dishes.
