Molasses Granules

Prior to WWI molasses was the primary sweetener in American homes. Molasses comes from the left over liquid when sugar is boiled out of sugar cane. It’s an excellent substitute for highly refined sugar. Granulated Molasses enhances sweet and savory flavors and pairs well with apples, tomatoes, and nuts. It add sweetness and savory flavor to beans, cakes, oatmeal, marinades, quick breads, and spice rubs.
