Ghost Pepper Ground Chile
The Bhut Jolokia, pronounced "Boot ja-LOW-key-u" is better known in this country as the "Ghost Chile" or “Ghost Pepper”. The Ghost Pepper has such an intense heat you’re not going to pick up much flavor before you’re overwhelnamed by fiery intensity. At first bite, you’ll quickly pick up a hint of flavor that may bring to mind green apples and apricots.
