Al's Top Shelf
This is a favorite! The seasoning is always a plus to your steak. It might be the best steak seasoning you have ever enjoyed. But, there are lots of options here - it is wonderful on chicken and pork as well.
Sprinkle Al's Top Shelf onto steaks, rub it in a bit, and then rest for at least 1 and up to 24 hours. Cook as desired. Rub roasts and pork shoulder/butt with quality olive oil then liberal rub down with Al’s Top Shelf. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2, and up to 24hours. Poutry and fish should have rub applied close to cook time or as cooking.
