Adobo Seasoning

Adobo Seasoning

Adobo comes from the Spanish word adobar, which literally means "to marinate". It is a common all-purpose seasoning. We make our Adobo without salt but with this much flavor, you won't miss it.

Adobo seasoning can be sprinkled directly onto meat, into a pot of beans, stews, potatoes, and rice. It is a fantastic addition to guacamole! It can be added to chiles with a splash of vinegar to create thick and spicy Adobo sauce.
