Michelle & Bill's Collaboration Salsa


Black beans




Fresh jalapeno

Smoked paprika

Sea salt

Peach balsamic

Joly jalapeno olive oil


Bill’s salsa

1 28oz can petite diced tomatoes (drain if you like)

1 4oz can fire roasted green chiles (7oz can if you like green chiles)

1 large bunch green onions

1 tbs Head Ancho fruit vinegar

I tbs habanero sugar


Fresh Grape Salsa

2 cups California seedless grapes, coarsely chopped

1/2 cup each chopped green onions and diced fresh or canned Anaheim chiles

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

2 tablespoons vinegar

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon bottled hot pepper seasoning
