Granulated Garlic

Garlic's flavor and aroma are permeating and add incomparable flavor to a dish. Garlic (Allium sativum) is from the Alliaceae family like its close relatives chives, leek, and onions. 



Garlic can be found in practically every type of cuisine. Garlic granules can be used to help minimize the use of table salt. Many recipe that calls for salt will taste just fine if granulated garlic is used instead.
